Mastodon links:

If you want to keep up with me, you can now find me on Mastodon.

Here, I will be posting daily articles from across the magazines
that I'm working on as well as post new releases.
It might be easier to keep track of updates that way,
and as an extra bonus, it lets us talk more
about magazines and games. :)

If you are already on Mastodon, you can find me by searching for:
@OutofPrintArchive@mstdn.games

In case you are new to Mastodon, the following is an invitation link:

This will let you join the instance (server) where I'm at,
and automatically follow me and vice versa.
Although, you don't need to be on the same server to follow me,
or view my posts and talk to me.
This is a tiny instance right now and it requires manual approval.
So in case the server is full or you want to skip all that,
feel free to pick any one of the thousands of instances out there.

Mastodon might seem both overwhelming and underwhelming at first.
Overwhelming since it's quite a different way of doing things, compared to other sites. And underwhelming since it can feel very empty and disconnected when you first join.

A couple of tips to avoid the latter:
Search for hashtags.
For example #RetroGaming, #Sega, #Nintendo, etc.
Then follow the hashtag you are interested in to get that feed into your Home feed and follow all the posts that use said hashtag.

As you come across people who post about things you are interested in,
give them a follow and perhaps interact with them.
This way, you'll build a network of people who share your interests
and your feed will start getting much more interesting.
